Erik, Plastic Skeleton

Postby Puffin » Sun Apr 22, 2012 12:39 am

Name: Erik
Age: Unknown
Gender: Technically genderless, but is referred to as male and has a male skeletal structure
Date of Birth: Unknown
Team: Neither, though he resides in the RED infirmary
Class: Coat Rack

Nationality: Says "Made in China" on the base of his skull, but lived in Sweden for quite some time
Ethnicity: ... plastic?
Languages: None

Appearance: Erik is an anatomically correct plastic skeleton, who lives in the RED infirmary in the corner. He holds a certain Swedish medic's coat when he's not wearing it, and is almost always wearing that medic's viking hat. Occasionally he will get dressed up for the holidays (he looks good in pretty much everything).
Hair Color: HE DOESN'T HAVE HAIR
Eye Color: HE DOESN'T HAVE EYES EITHER
Height: ~5 feet, though the stand makes him a bit taller
Weight: ~10 pounds including the stand

Personality: A pretty chill dude. Kind of quiet, though.
Sexuality: HE'S A SKELETON FFS
Strengths: Easy to talk to, and makes a bitchin' coat/hat rack.
Weaknesses: Expect any conversations with him to be entirely one-sided.

History:
HE HAS A DARK AND TROUBLED PAST, A TORMENTED SOUL nah just kidding
Erik is Niklas' plastic skeleton that was given to him as a joke gift upon graduating medical school. Ever since then, Niklas has carried him around everywhere, even after coming to the States for mercenary work (thank god the stand is collapsible). Was quite popular at Niklas' previous base.

no first person sample, skeletons can't think by themselves silly

Third Person Sample:
"Erik, could anyone possibly make a better coat rack than you?" The tall, blonde medic regarded his bony friend fondly. They had known each other for many years.
But Erik said nothing. Erik never said anything. Not because he didn't want to, but because he was incapable of any sentient thought. If he was capable of thought, or speech, or motion, he likely would've agreed, or at least said something in response. If Erik wasn't a plastic skeleton, there probably would've done a lot of things. But this was the hand that fate had dealt him, and he had no choice but to accept it. Not that he minded. Erik didn't mind much of anything, mostly due to the fact that he lacked emotions.
"Why am I always talking to you, anyway?"
A question for the ages. One that would likely never be answered. Erik probably would've answered it if he was capable, of course.
But he wasn't, because he was a skeleton.
